June 6, 2022 — TORONTO — Canadian Premier Life Insurance Company and Canadian Premier General Insurance Company (“Canadian Premier”) announced today that Deliska Beauregard has been appointed Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. Deliska is part of the executive leadership team and reports to Nigel Branker, Chief Executive Officer of Canadian Premier.

Deliska has more than 20 years of experience providing legal counsel as part of in-house teams in the insurance and financial industry sectors. In her former role of Vice President and Managing Counsel at Chubb Insurance Company of Canada, Deliska spearheaded the regulatory and compliance activities for group insurance offerings and creditor services. She provided critical leadership on all insurance-related regulatory matters while supporting the implementation of corporate compliance initiatives and consulting on privacy, complaint and litigation affairs.

Deliska holds a civil law degree from Université de Montréal and a common law degree from the University of Windsor.
