Nigel Branker

Nigel brings over 25 years of Canadian business experience to Securian Canada. He is an innovative growth leader, effective strategic thinker, and transformational change agent for Securian Canada’s strategic growth. Over the course of his career, Nigel has held various leadership roles in pension and benefits businesses within Canadian and global firms, and has spearheaded many successful acquisitions and go-to-market strategies. A consulting actuary by background, he remains a Fellow of both the Society of Actuaries and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries. Nigel is a progressive thought-leader and industry author who focuses on emerging issues for organizations, including mental health, the future of work and improving workplace diversity, equity and inclusion.
