November, 15 2022 — TORONTO — Canadian Premier Life Insurance Company and Canadian Premier General Insurance Company (“Canadian Premier”) announced October 31, that Sharla Postic has been appointed Senior Vice President, Insurance Operations. Sharla will be leading the Insurance Operations Business Unit activities, working closely with Business Market Leaders and the Senior Leadership Team to optimize organizational and business performance.

With over 20 years of experience in insurance, digital health solutions, health and disability management, Sharla has spearheaded impactful change within mental health industries across the North American landscape. In her former role at as Senior Vice President, Integrated Health Solutions at LifeWorks, Sharla worked closely with practice leads to strategically drive strong, long-term business results that activated organization-leading employee engagement. She is a proven best-in-class operations leader and has a track record of exceeding operational goals and driving rapid growth to scale.

Sharla has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Fredericton, and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Windsor.
