Sara Mazhar serves as Chief Technology Officer of Securian Canada. With more than 20 years of experience in senior strategy and technology roles, she is responsible for the development and execution of Securian Canada’s go-to-market technology strategy and optimizing the company’s digital product portfolio. Sara’s digital-first mindset enables her to focus on delivering leading technology-enabled experiences for Securian Canada’s clients, partners, and employees, while increasing organizational productivity and fostering an innovative culture. Sara is also responsible for ensuring the security and efficiency of technology resources and that the organization remains at the forefront of emerging technologies and industry trends. In her free time, Sara enjoys travelling, reading, spending time with family and being a soccer mom.
