Sofia Theodorou serves as Chief Human Resources Officer of Securian Canada. She is responsible for building an exceptional employee experience to drive an inclusive, innovative culture that differentiates the company as a progressive employer of choice. She is also responsible for enabling collaboration and execution of the strategic priorities of Securian Canada’s high-performing leadership team. Sofia’s 25-year career spans many sectors including banking, telecom, retail, loyalty marketing and professional services where she has led various culture transformations and has been recognized with multiple market awards. Her passion lies in building high-performing cultures, strategically scaling businesses and helping purpose-driven companies and communities flourish. In her free time, Sofia enjoys travelling, scuba diving and anything seaside.
